Quay may transfer certain personal information across geographical borders to Quay entities or service providers in other countries working on our behalf in accordance with applicable law. This is the case where the recipient Quay entity or Third Party concludes with the exporting relevant entity of Quay an agreement based on the European Union standard contractual clauses, to ensure the protection of personal information.
Quay may also Transfer personal information to a Third Party located outside the EEA or Switzerland without having to implement the above measures where one of the following conditions is met:
